Maya light rendering

something we've learned at 3D digital class today..I really enjoy doing light rendering ( ^_^)／

sometimes we just don't appreciate doodling the same sketchbook all the time~

hence I have couple of different sketchbooks each year :/

Mall sketches

once a while I enjoy stalking people walking to and fro from the mall....
they are just doodles and fast sketches and I'm exploring crayons as part of the colour medium

seems like I'm the only one who would understand what I drew XD

Fanexpo 2012

Sorry for the lack of update~

This year I went to Fanexpo 2012 at Metro Toronto Convention Centre as a normal attendee because each year I usually volunteer to get a free pass. However this time I want to spend time to get autograph from Amanda Tapping (starred as Samantha Carter from Stargate SG-1 and Dr.Helen Magnus from Sanctuary). I really love her acting role in sci-fi series.

I took some pictures of Frankenweenie exhibition at Fanexpo and I'm very fascinated with the details of the puppets and I can't wait for the stop-motion movie comes out (cause I have to learn them at stop-motion class this year too)

I had a great experiences meeting my fellow Sheridan friends who have Artist Alley booths too :)

I've not really been doing a lot of drawings during the winter break

but I did participate secret santa for our 2nd year animation (the lottery draw is right before the holiday)

and I have to draw Link from Legend of Zelda for Nneka Myers

honestly I never play this game before and it was popular :)

2nd semester just started and as usual I had a hard time to
wake up early but eventually I will get use to it
this time I have no days off but I'm glad there is no 9a.m. classes everyday

This time we are learning using 3D Maya program, acting for animation class was fun
and for painting class we finally get into digital painting YAY! :D
I need to post more artwork soon :)
